Guidelines and Options for Sizing

Finding the Correct Size: To ensure a perfect fit, measure yourself according to following guidelines:
Chest: Run the measuring tape across your shoulder blades, under your armpits, and around the widest part of your chest.
Waist: Make sure the tape stays pleasantly slack by circling it around your natural waist.
Sleeve Length: Start measuring at the middle back of your neck and work your way down to your wrist bone.
Measure your body length from the uppermost portion of your shoulder to your waist.
Legs: Position the measuring tape as high on your inner thigh as you can to obtain an accurate measurement. Measure the bottom of your ankle with the measuring tape flat on your leg. Remove your shoes before taking this measurement.

To choose the Spider Tracksuit ideal size that will ensure comfort and an attractive appearance. Compare your measurements with the size chart that is given. Choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a more relaxed fit if your measurements fall between two sizes.
